App[arently there were some CAVID placed there by accident. My question is

if the ship is for non-COVID patients so that they can make room in the brick-and-mortar hospitals for COVID patients, why are there only 25 on the ship? No chance that there are only 25 people in that area of NYC that are non-COVID. The early idea was to empty the hospital of non-COVID patients to, 1 - separate them from the infected, and 2 - make more room for COVID patients.
