My kitchen looks out to the front and has sorta a bay window. The floor despite being a new TH dropped a couple inches in that direction so I took it upon myself to level it out with this concrete like stuff for leveling.

Not bad in theory except I went cheap on the big paddle for stirring this stuff quickly. I repeat QUICKLY. you've got about five minutes so the little paddle wasn't getting it done so it didn't level all that well and I was trying ways to uh sand it down. ugh. I finally got it to a workable point put down cheap floor boards life goes on, one little low spot but otherwise OK. But of all my project that one went out to the edge of being a disaster.

Just to brag, I had the water tank thing knocked. ground floor, empty it, surprisingly not all that heavy managed to rent one of those home depot trucks (don't see them anymore) dropped off new tank - yes, I measured twice, tight fit but it works - and dropped the old tank at the dump all in 90 minutes. two of those flexible hoses done. And electrical of course.
