I'm not sure I'd interpret that data at all, as Baltimore Hokie...


points out below. While Channel 8 may be a legitimate news outlet, they quoted "Unacast" as their source.

From Unacast's website...

"As part of the founding team at the music streaming service TIDAL (acquired by Jay-Z in 2014), Thomas Walle and Kjartan Slette wanted to understand where users went to concerts to create better playlists and recommendations. They realized there were no such insights available — or insights of how people move around in the world in general."

So the Commonwealth of Virginia gets a grade of F in matters of disease control from a couple of millennials who started a business to determine what playlist I should listen to on my iPhone. But Jay-Z digs 'em. Maybe next week Channel 8 can run a story with colored graphs provided by a group of 5th graders.

I sincerely hope the our government leaders aren't relying on this type of information in making policy.
