Before we got Regal Unlimited I was pretty much the same way. I might go
to see Avengers or something like that but I probably totaled 2 maybe 3 trips a year. What was nice with Regal Unlimited was we could just wait until a movie had been out for 3 weeks, a month and hit up a show where we were the only people in the theater. And of course not having to pay $12 each every time didn't hurt. So we'd go see just about everything especially in the winter when it's cold and dark all the time. The blockbusters, the comedies I'd normally wait to come out at home, kid's movies even though we don't have kids. Hell I even saw Last Christmas which was like a weird Hallmark movie. It was basically like having Netflix for movie theaters. And if the movie sucked... well I was just out my time. I saw Cats specifically b/c I had heard how horrible it was. It's also interesting how your critique of a movie changes based on whether you paid for it or not. There were definitely some movies that we saw with Regal Unlimited that I would have hated if I'd spent money on them. Instead it was like "Eh that wasn't that bad".
