If the whole point is to find people you were likely around and they


were at what was a legitimized protest, jeopardy kind of fizzles out. People who were arrested in protests, or since, have likely been tested, but that's a different separation of concerns.

I don't know how contact tracing is conducted. Is someone who's been outside evaluated differently from someone who's been inside in specific locations? Is it even possible to contact trace someone who was in a recent moving gathering? Who then goes home or to work?

If someone wasn't in a recent moving gathering, but has been outside a lot, are they contact traced differently? Or if this group lives with people who were at gatherings, how is this data collected and evaluated?

If everyone who is contact traced is considered to be a Venn bubble, then the overlaps are virtually infinite (in NYC).

If 500,000 or a million people are excluded from contract tracing due to their participation in a moving gathering, how good is the tracing?
