Solid assessment. I guess the only way to bring protest attendees into


the realm of tracing is if that's all someone has done for two weeks (typically the virus incubation period), other than go home. With so many people in WFH, that net tracing area may be confined enough to include that person or persons.

I think there's broad skepticism over excluding protesters from tracing. Not getting political here, either, but NYC's mayor doesn't want to make protests look careless.
