Real estate in Blacksburg is insane.

Almost makes one think some big news is about to break. Houses don't last a day on the market. Why don't people ask for more $$? 5 new big projects going in - apartments off N. Main behind the New School, behind Bojangles, next to the rescue squad on PH, across Broce from Stonegate, and behind Kroger S. Main. New subdivision between N. Main & the bypass. Most of TV has been razed and being rebuilt at a higher density. They started razing Sturbridge this week. Just nuts.
