Does our justice system move fast enough in the social media age?

That's one thing I've been pondering lately. We see video and imagery and immediately everyone reacts, but criminal cases take time and lag way behind the public narrative that is built.

Is there any way to speed up the justice system and then you have to ask should it be sped up?
