I haven't heard of that being a major issue here. Although I am sure there

are some.
My concern is having enough substitutes. We are always struggling to have enough subs in a normal year, and I would bet there will be even less now...plus there will be a lot of need when a teacher is sick or has to take some time off because their kid is sick or has to stay home or a baby sitter cancels or is sick.
My special needs daughter has to have an aide at home, and if that helper is sick or can't work, then I'm screwed.
