One thing you can be certain about a Trane...

...is that all replacement parts will be more expensive than any other manufacturer...lol

Most use generic parts, which replacement parts are pretty cheap. Had a bud in the commercial HVAC business, and I think he said that he installed a "commercial grade" Goodman heat pump at his house.
