I had lasik before I developed cataracts, so my doctor said they don't do

multifocal lens after lasik. One eye had astigmatism so I had a tonic lens implanted, the other eye a regular distance lens. I keep readers around for when I need them but some things that I needed readers for before I can do without now like working the combination lock on my locker at the country club. The amazing thing to me after surgery, besides the sharp vision, is how much more pure colors are now.
