Really hope they join, but I'm not holding my breath.

We can always pick up a 16th if they decide to join for football. I could see WVU as a easy pickup. They would want to play in a conference closer to home, and the B-12 wouldn't mind replacing them with a closer team.

My dream pickup would be PSU. A large public university with a huge fanbase. Clemson, F$U, ND, Miami*, VT, & PSU would make the ACC very desirable for bowl selection committees...on par with the SEC.

* Miami, only for bowl games in south Florida...lol
