He's deadly serious...bought mine when the "worst ice storm in a century"..

..was bearing down on us. Was supposed to be epically bad, .5 to .75 inches of ice, destroying the power grid and making all emergency service come to a standstill.

The skies parted before I got out of the Lowes parking lot and I think I played golf the next day. That generator saved the day!
