Interesting wording, this is a tech issue...

"servers to respond differently" "extremely high spikes in web traffic"?

Surely, they've planned for "bursty" web traffic, is this just they need bigger servers etc. or is there something to be read into "extremely high"? attack maybe? Or people just loading the ques with multiple orders?

Anyway, yeah, computer science land, bigger servers, connectivity, fix code bugs that never got exercised before.
