Not arguing the goodness of VAs policies just that idea..

the Constitutional amendment was fully rescinded. Returned to states and reinforces transportation of alcohol into states against their policies as a federal offense.

I grew up in Vienna, so the ABC store there on Maple avenue is the one I have in my head, remember when it was a counter, like going into a bank, and had to ask for what you wanted, couldn't browse the isles. Got some old guy behind the counter to stare at you to make you feel guilty.
