I absolutely loathe used car shopping

Pretty sure I've gotten ripped off every time I bought used. Sure, there are bargains out there, but not if you are remotely picky about what you want. And the kinds of vehicles I tend to want just don't depreciate much.

Last car I bought I looked at 2-3 year old used ones of the same make/model. They were going for about $800 less than new ones. And I could get 0.8% financing on a new car. Used car loans at the time were more like 7%.

I've had MUCH better luck buying new and keeping the vehicle forever.
