If not already, do most of your searching online first to identy possibles.


That'll save you some time. I think most dealers post their inventory on their own websites these days, plus some of the other search sites. A lot of dealers will also post the CARFAX vehicle history reports. New car dealers will tend to keep the cleanest cars (good history, low mileage) on their lots, but they'll also get cars from other sources to keep the right mix. I'd really suggest having a mechanic inspect the car prior to purchase. It'll cost you an hour or two of labor, but worth it.
