Yes. Governments have made decision that landlords are in better position


to bear the COVID risk than individuals. Landlords have better shot at working out arrangement with the mortgage company, or getting some CARES Act relief. And even if they can't, although it means harm to their business it does not mean they will be living on the street. It's damage control.
