I believe the first observation is right. Recognizing landlords obligation


is not widely considered or discussed.

Its all about who ends up wifh the shyte sandwich. Ultimately, the state and feds will make restitution somehow. Which means ofc, us....(even thru conjuring of $$ out of thin air)
