I guess my point is...


...a lot of landlords ARE individuals. They're people who work regular jobs just like the rest of us but might also own a home or two that they previously lived in and now rent out. Odds are they're carrying mortgages on those properties.

I just can't help but get the feeling that landlords are generally reviled. But without them, where would renters live?
