A couple other things I've done just to irritate them a bit.

In the old days, I took that day's copy of the newspaper classifieds (or Autotrader). Every time the salesperson went out to check with their manager, I'd have the classifieds open with a couple more cars circled.

Also like to get up and wander around the showroom or lot if they leave the room.
