Yes - had that happen to me.... Twice.


The first time I ordered formula and they sent me the wrong stuff. Fully expected to send back the formula in exchange for the right one. Amazon sent me the right one and told me to keep the wrong one.

2nd time - ordered some baby proofing for table edges. When I got it I realized I ordered the wrong thing. Completely my fault. Started the return process and Amazon said keep it and credited my account.
