Hard to figure out what a good schedule is..
Got a couple days I push myself, competitive tennis + take an hour (power?) walk in the evening but then I darn well better take it easy the next day, maybe just the walk, maybe just clean house(!)
Try to chill out twice a week, Sometimes you don't realize how physically beat you are but just need to discipline yourself to take that break even if you feel pretty good as ironic as that sounds. PS I'm in my 60s.
