Fabulous job this year

Not sure what happened to Lane Stone this year, but his absence certainly affected the outcome of the season in both the ACC and NCAAs. Sergio did a great job recruiting this year of pulling one of the top swimmers in the country, Landon Gentry, but he needs more big wins in the Potomac Valley. If he could have pulled Anthony Grimm (Texas) as well, we would really start seeing an advance. Same with women. PVS is one of the top if not the best regions in the country, but most of the top swimmers are going out of state. That said, VT swimming is on the rise, and that's great to see.
