Ramadan is here. Very few swimmers who can win a National Championship false start. I would guess Ramadan was the only one

He beat the swimmer who finished 2nd in ACC championships by 0.5 second. That swimmer swam 0.5 seconds faster to swim the time exactly Ramadan swam at ACC Championships. The kid who won swam .07 faster than Ramadan ACC Championship time. Not a leap at all to think he would have won it.

Holloway going to Tech on the other hand likely was never going to happen.
