Before my knees got bad, I walked a very constant 4mph.


One hour a day nearly every weekday. Great exercise without feeling that you're exercising. Then I would take a 10-18 mile hike over the weekend, not using a steady pace. I really miss it. Now I have to limit my walking, depending on how my knees feel.
