This is how my 12x20 workshop shed is set up...


...but I think it depends on what you want to do in the shed. Do you need a concrete floor? Or would a plywood floor be sufficient? Setting foundation blocks and framing a wood floor structure on top of them would be faster, but I'm not sure it would be less expensive with the current high lumber prices. Four sheets of good plywood subfloor are going to run you close to $200. Add in the cost of the floor joists and pier blocks and you're probably looking at another $200. I think the cost of concrete would be about the same, or possibly slightly less expensive (assuming Bay Area is doing all of the work himself). Mixing/pouring concrete is back-breaking work though, so you have to decide if it's worth it.
