That is flat out ridiculous. The Supreme Court looked at it and practically laughed at the logic of these kids putting their bodies on the line In the name of school spirit while millions were being tossed around amongst the coaches, administrators, TV execs, etc…
You couldn’t even buy these kids a beer if you had wanted. It’s about the most unAmerican system there has been in decades.
