I've always wondered what "substandard" facilities are?

Is it neat looking weight room colors? My garage has a squat rack made of lumber, no A/C, and the trash cans are out there. I can load up and sweat as much as anyone on it (and I do).

Meeting rooms? A locker that is 4" wider? In the end, the work is in the training room and on the practice field which only requires iron and open space grass. The rest is just window dressing. Just ask Texas.
