For me.....

I have always tried to follow two rules(not always successful I might add). (1) I try not to set absolutes in preseason in terms of win/loss expectations and (2) I try not to overemphasize single games(good or bad) during the season. I prefer to look at the context of entire seasons and what actually transpired. I am not saying your absolutes are necessarily unreasonable, just that I want more info/context before making a stay or go decision.
