15 years and 8 months for me for my learner's permit.

I got it on the first available day. I was unable to get my license when I turned 16...waiting for driver's ed at high school.

Didn't have any issues behind the wheel. Nailed parallel parking on my first attempt with both wheels about 6" from the curb. My driver's ed teacher thought that was a fluke, so he told me to do it again. The second time I put both wheels about 3" from the curb. He didn't ask me to do it again...lol. Guess my dad did a good job before driver's ed.
