Agreed, someone with the app is likely to be lower risk, my insurance also


gives discounts for multiple policies, good student (when kids were on it), longevity, good driver (no tickets for x years that increases at certain year levels) etc. that, based on others I've talked with, appears to have me at a better than the average "Rodger's Rate" (no not that company) ...because I'm deemed a better risk.

If there was some other factor - recording app - that pointed to increased, even just up to average, risk - I would wonder if any of those discounts would/could go away?
