ones University you went to almost always wins out. (Roy Williams at Kansas) Especially if it’s the same or more than likely more money, it’s in a much better conference and your very good friend groomed you to take the job.

PS As far as the kids, they grow by getting out of the comfort zone and figuring out how to deal with it.
