LSU basically gives the NCAA the middle finger of fellowship
on a fairly routine basis, and clearly has no restrictions as to how it’s football folks conduct business as long as the don’t get caught with any major violations, recruiting or otherwise. A lot of the SEC schools also follow this policy.
As I’ve said before, the priorities in the SEC are much different from other conferences, and the are very astute at concealing or minimizing the knowledge of violations. As an example, UNC was really a novice when it came to cheating.
