I guess I would've liked for that play to have been reviewed and the QB

given a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct or delay of game like they do if you call a fair catch but then return it anyway. Or at least declared down. Of course, that's not the rule now; I'm just talking about what I'd like to see. I know it's not the sort of thing you usually review, but it could be pretty hard for the refs to judge in real time. But I think they should also have a video ref in the booth who is always looking at this stuff and can either call a penalty or notify the main refs.
