Saban was adamantly opposed


to the portal which is an absolute cancer on college football. Without the portal you wouldn't have the NIL.
I just don't get this hatred of Saban or the SEC. Saban has been smart enough to adapt to the awful changes imposed by the NCAA.
In fact Saban was warning this crap would be happening from the very beginning.

This idea that Bama has hundreds of bagmen stuffing billions of dollars onto recruits may or may not be true. So far I've seen no concrete proof that any rules have been broken but if it's true then it must be the new norm. If it's the new norm then why aren't we playing by the same rules?
If SEC teams are now under investigation for recruiting infractions please let me know.
