I don't see


How it is on the schools anymore.
As i understand it NIL is uncapped endorsement money. It doesn't originate from the schools, the schools aren't a pass through for the money. So i really don't see how salary caps apply. I made this statement a few weeks back, think of the NFL or any other pro league. Players off field or endorsement earnings have no impact on team salary caps. So i see alot of hand wringing about NIL. Well that ship has sailed, there is no cap to it, no regulation... that i can see, but I'm not an expert and could be 100% wrong
