Who knew they were not feeling well? Did any manager tell them to go home?


Was there an environment of no repercussions to the employee for work that would not be getting done? Was there an environment in place to encourage sick employees to stay home ? Was there enough staff to cover for the absent employee?

It is very much a management and corporate issue.
