and guess what? Now all of those sailors quite possibly have immunity stronger than the vaccines. And we have seen that even with Delta, the vaccine doesn't prevent you from getting it. My wife is fully vaxxed and was down for more than a week in November with Delta so even if all were vaxxed, that ship may not have been 'ready for war'.

Listen - I am not anti-vax. I am vaxxed and boosted. That study says the strongest immunity is infected + vaxxed and I agree with that. My ONLY point here is that we should not be firing people who have been previously infected, especially those in healthcare and in the military. Made no sense then and even less sense now.
