I was in sales and sales management for over

30 years. Off the top,it sounds like you have not done a good job of differentiating your product from the competition...how it provides more value/benefits to the customer vs the competition. If it is a more costly product,you have to show the customer that the additional cost is worth it to them(how do they benefit more from your product?). It`s not rocket science,but it would help for you to get someone with specific experience in that area who can coach you and your employees.
