I can only take back my own down vote, and I did. How to win friends is a great book that everyone should read whether in sales or not. It should be required in college if not high school. Funny, I did have to be taught to ask for the sale and it improved my numbers dramatically. Alas that was 8 years ago. Things seem much more complicated at this point, and a lot more of my own money is on the line. Thanks.
