Clarification questions regarding your plan


Are the ACC and Big XII independent of each other or a confederation? If they are independent of each other, then I would assume the ACC would want some type of compensation from the Big XII for giving a certain number of members to the Big XII and potentially getting nothing in return. If they are a confederation, then it sounds like there would be 2 co-conference champions (winner of ACC title game and winner of Big XII title game). Could that hurt the confederation's chances of getting a representative in the Playoffs (think Baylor-TCU co-champion scenario). If the Committee does select 1 representative from the confederation, then who goes when the confederation has co-champions? If the confederation plays another round (champion vs. champion), then is it willing to reduce the number of regular season games by 1?
