Ken Starr was a supporter of expansion.

There is now an unknown as the the way Baylor now views expansion with a new person. Other than that, I'm not sure these issues are related.

Now I don't expect Baylor to be represented at the Big XII meeting of the Presidents next week when they talk about all this stuff. That would be an enormous distraction to have Baylor there while all this is going on at Baylor.
