Yep. That explains why Nebraska can't support one either.

West Virginia and Nebraska have the same population. Neither should have a P5 long term listening to what you're saying. Nebraska has some growth, but less than 1% or stagnant. Stay away from those two states. Terrible P5 Candidates? TIC.

West Virginia brings a football brand, and so does Nebraska. The ACC would benefit from that WVU football brand as well as the historical regional rivalries already established with 3 other ACC members. That would drive fan interest and make money for the ACC.
