Any unbeaten P65 is in. 1 loss P5 with a Conference Championship is in over


a 1 loss ND. So it will depend on how many of those there are. A 2 loss ND will have a hard time making it.

ND can make it, but it's harder than a Conference Champ. However, if this is about ND going to a conference for football. They are pretty much in one with the 5 game agreement, but they can't win a Conference Championship like their other sports. That's one less team VT has to beat out, but we still get to play them. It's not all bad.
