As for the political ramifications re: OK State and K State

I think Oklahoma is a valuable enough property that whichever conference picks them up can be convinced to take OK State with them. Kansas is in a different situation. Only the B10 is in play; I don't see the SEC or P12 wanting them. And none of them would feel that Kansas is valuable enough to warrant adding K-State.
