UT to PAC12.
TT to PAC12, follows TX.
OU to BIG, wants to upgrade education rep and money same as SEC.
OSU to SEC.

The rest of BI12 members I don't have a clue.
This could kick of some wheelin and stealin to fill the 16th slot in many of the P4 conferences.
