Yet at the same time ...


Yesterday was the first time in the new Bruce Arena era that he started the same lineup in both paired games in qualifying. No other time did he do that -- and it might have been the difference in the game.

To answer your question -- yes, it's a regular thing to have a fluctuating lineup, especially during tournaments.
