Yep, so many easy calories can be eliminated.


Drinking 2% milk, 1%, skim -- that difference isn't going to blow your diet.

It's the sugar, the cookies, the candy, the chips & crackers, the milkshake, the regular soda, the salad dressing, the mayo, the french fries -- all the items that can add hundreds (or thousands!) of calories per day, even though they're not "real" food.

Even if you drink -- you can get a fruity/tropical drink (which might have 300-500 calories), or you can get a beer, with 100-150 calories.

Surprisingly, Guinness is only 125 calories per 12-ounce.
