BTW, 120 is easy to lower. Just cut the carbs.


Many times the first advice is cut white carbs.

Wheat bread, not white.

Brown rice, not white.

sweet potatoes, not white potatoes.

All have more fiber, which slows down the glycemic hit that white carbs have.

Look up glycemic index for some good comparisions.
